My goal is to provide high quality real estate services by conducting thorough consultations to understand each client’s unique needs, curate property listings that closely match clients’ criteria and maintain regular, transparent communication throughout the process.
I retired from the Department of Defense with 37 years and 10 months of service on 31 January 2024. I served as an Active Duty Soldier and Department of Army and Navy Civilian. I began my Federal career as an Army Soldier at the age of 18 in 1985. I was stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, 25th Infantry Division, 56th Aviation Brigade in 1986. I began my federal civilian career in 1989 where I served as a logistics specialist within the Department of Navy and transferred to the Department of Army as an accountant is 1991.
I had the honor of serving as the Director of Resource and Acquisition Management for the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7 for the last 5 years of my 37-year career. My primary duties were managing a multi-million dollar budget and overseeing the administration of 62 contracts while providing guidance and advice to the G-3/5/7, the Deputy G-3/5/7, Directors and Army Commanders across the organization and 32 Contracting Officer Representatives and hundreds of internal and external customers. During those 5 years, I mentored and coached a team of 17 highly competent and professional Army Civilians and Military personnel.
I purchased my first home at the age of 27. At the time I had a 2-year-old son and was graduating from college with a Degree in Accounting. Since then, I have purchased and sold several homes.
I am a servant leader and I look forward to helping my family, friends and the new friends and clients I will meet as I embark on a new career in real estate.
