Meet our incredible Operations Manager, Teri Coleman.
Teri is the heart and soul of our team. We like to call her “super Teri” because the way she always gets things done leads us to believe she must have super powers. Teri started at Crews Real Estate in early 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and has since been promoted twice, reaching her current position as Operations Manager. Teri, who is also a licensed Realtor, wears a lot of hats as she manages the office, as well as all listings and closings, and trains the agents on contract writing. She also ensures that our CEO, Tim, doesn’t get lost “chasing squirrels” by serving as his Executive Assistant.
Teri is originally from the Sunshine State but moved to Virginia out of high school to attend college. She earned her B.A. from Liberty University, married her husband, and had two beautiful daughters. Her family moved to the Fredericksburg area in 2001 when her husband was stationed at Quantico. Sadly, she was widowed in 2003; however, she chose to remain in the area and make a life for herself and her children right here in historic Fredericksburg. Teri eventually went back to school and earned her M.Ed.. Soon after this achievement, Teri began working with Crews Real Estate.
In her free time, Teri enjoys nothing more than being with her children. In addition to loving her children, she loves animals, especially her 80lb bundle of furry joy! She believes every day is a gift from God and strives to live a life that honors the Lord, while being a blessing in whatever capacity she is able.
Teri’s goal is to make your home-selling/buying process as smooth as possible. Buying and selling a home can be stressful; Teri is here to help reduce that stress and make the experience a great one!
Fun fact about Teri: While studying for her B.A. degree, Teri studied abroad at Oxford University!
