Tim is our founder and CEO. He has been in the real estate industry for over 12 years now, and is a master negotiator who is tenacious in his efforts to protect our client’s best interests. Tim’s work ethic and integrity have spoken volumes within his circle of associates and friends, and he has naturally grown into a leader in the industry. Tim’s daily approach to life is with the intent of being a servant leader in his family, business, community, and church.
Tim attended Radford University in Radford, Virginia, graduating with a B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration. Following his undergraduate education, he attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia where he earned a M.A. degree in Christian Leadership. Upon completing his graduate program, Tim relocated to Northern Virginia, where he began his career in real estate working with Equity Residential. His responsibilities with the company included managing and leasing multi-family housing units within the City of Fairfax.
After leasing and closing on several million dollar apartment buildings, Tim was sought out to manage a developing community in Loudoun County. He worked for 4 years as a General Manager and Developer Liaison for the Lansdowne Town Center, Loudoun County, Beazer Homes, Centex Homes, and Van Metre Homes, developing a powerful niche within residential real estate. Eventually, Tim decided that he could be a much greater asset to his community by helping residents buy and sell homes.
Tim joined forces with one of the fastest growing real estate brokerage firms in the world, EXP Realty. In his career, Tim has risen to the top 1% of Realtors in the Region and sells 4 times more than the average Realtor. Tim’s work ethic and integrity have spoken volumes within his circle of associates, colleagues, and friends, as he has naturally become a local industry leader. Over 80% of the clients his team serves are referrals from previous and current clients. In addition to operating his own real estate business, Crews Real Estate with EXP Realty, Tim is also a highly respected trainer and instructor within his brokerage locally and regionally. Tim regularly teaches fellow associates small business ownership, business development, and leadership courses.
Outside of real estate, Tim and his wife have founded and continue to lead a local church congregation. He and his wife have been married for 13 years, have 4 children, and currently reside in the Fredericksburg, Virginia Area.
When Tim is not working you can find him teaching business owners, leading at church, exercising, reading, or hanging out at a local coffee shop in Fredericksburg.
