Tim is the CEO & founding Realtor ® at Crews Real Estate. He earned a bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Radford University in 2007. He then went on to earn his master’s in Christian leadership from Liberty University in 2011. Inspired to be an extension of Jesus in the industry, Tim relocated to Northern VA and began his career in real estate. After 14+ years and nearly 500 homes sold, Tim and his team are still serving clients in the Greater Fredericksburg & Northern Virginia marketplace.

In addition to operating his own real estate business, Tim is also a highly respected trainer and instructor within his community and brokerage locally and regionally. Tim regularly teaches small business ownership, business development, and leadership courses.
